World-building workshop

With the support of Revolv Collective, I have drawn upon my experience, research and passion to put together my first workshop themed around world-building.

The day workshop is applicable to any artist and can be delivered online or in person. I take participants through all aspects of the world-building process – from thinking about what a world is, to the different methods we can use to use to build one. It includes several short exercises where participants write about their worlds, create maps, visualise soundscapes and sketch. The goal is that each participant leaves the workshop with their own world, and ideas of how they might respond to it through their practice.

After successfully delivering the workshop for the first time at the Revolv Collective studios in May 2023, I’m excited to now offer this workshop.
